CVPA supports homegrown social solutions as they amplify the importance of local ownership where African Change makers take Action in deciding the overall strategy for accelerating indigenous social solutions through collaboration and co-creation.
The Collective Enterprise Model Categories
1. Single Entity Collective Enterprise
A Single Entity Collective Enterprise is formed around one pre-existing social enterprise adopting the Collective Enterprise Model. This social enterprise should have been in operation for at least two years and be running a program that can be scaled through the Collective Enterprise Model to achieve inclusive transformational change.
2. Consortium Collective Enterprise
A Consortium Collective Enterprise is formed by bringing together multiple pre-existing social enterprises to co-create a new solution through the CVP Approach.
